
Oihane Viñaspre

Born in Vitoria-Gasteiz in 1987, Oihane Viñaspre begins her singing studies at the 'Jesús Guridi' Conservatory of Music. Years later she moves to Madrid to continue her education with Carmen Rodríguez and Omar Sánchez at the Escuela Superior de Canto in Madrid, where she graduated with the highest qualification.
In recent years she participates in courses with singers such as Juan Lomba, Nicola Beller Carbone, Dolora Zajick, Montserrat Caballé and Raina Kabaivanska, among others, and finishes a master's degree in Solo Performance at the Haute École Musique in Geneva, under the tutelage of the contralto Natalie Stutzmann.
She wins numerous awards in both national and European competitions, among which the International Contest of Canto de Logroño and the prestigious As.Li.Co. contest, held in the Italian city of Como.
With an emerging career on stage, Oihane Viñaspre participates in various productions of the Madrid Opera Company and also of the Gayarre Friends of the Opera of Navarra, to name a few examples.
Among her latest performances it's important to highlight the zarzuela Dos enredos domésticos in San José de Costa Rica and Santiago de Chile, a Spanish and American song recital at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, and her debut at Teatro Calderón in Valladolid singing the role of Arsace of La Partenope de Vinci.
In oratory, she performs Exsultate Jubilate by Mozart and Carmina Burana by Orff.
